Just a quick note, Raevyn has started kindergarten and now it is just Mae and Asher during the day (since in Nebraska, kindergarten goes all day). She loved her first day. In fact she was so annoyed with Ethan trying to get her to leave that she hollered at him and stormed out of the school crying because she had to leave. So I guess it went OK. As a side note, Ethan has accepted into a program at the Middle School called High Ability Learners (HAL) and he will spend a part of every Monday at the middle school during this year (4th grade) and next. Of the 6 or so feeder elementary schools there are just a handful in the program, so we are very pleased with his efforts. Way to go buddy! And check out Rylan’s winning smile, that kid just has a spark.

How exciting!
Raevyn looks so tiny for kindergarten! I bet it was hard for Mae to leave her baby girl there…..ALL DAY. I am having a hard enough time adjusting to the idea of half a day without my girl
. I love Rylan’s excited smile. Congrats Ethan on your academic excellence….that is truly something to be proud of ! Keep working hard!!! We love you guys!
Wow, you guys live too far away to be allowing the kids to grow up so fast! The pictures look great, the kids look SO happy. Yay for school!
Congrats to Ethan — that is just what a parent likes to hear. Kudo’s to you too. I say this every time I post, but what CUTE CUTE kids you guys have.
I am not sure what I would do with myself if I only had one at home…I honestly don’t think I’d like it! The kids like school though, that’s definitely a good thing.
